Once the production phase of the PCB and the development and testing of the device’s functionality are complete, we move into a phase where most electronic boards also need a specific cover or “package” in which to be placed. Of course, this packaging has to be designed and manufactured in order to complete the overall model of the prototype to the last detail. For the design of the packaging model, we use the most modern 3D software and for production we use a full-colour 3D printer, STRATASYS. Finally, the printed circuit board is placed in the manufactured packaging and the overall functionality as well as the qualitative and aesthetic design of the resulting product is tested again.

The final prototype produced in this way is handed over to the client, who tests it in real-world conditions, and after the testing is completed, it is possible to move on to serial, still modifiable, but rather only custom small-scale production.
